What People Are Saying About
The Rebuild Method™️

I just wanted to let you know how great you are as a coach! Seriously, my back was actually in worse shape that I let on. Between the stenosis, spondylosis, couple of bulged disks, etc. I was worried I was too old for this (I turn 60 on July) as well as scared that I would harm myself. I was on a heating pad most evenings. The smallest activity, and I would pull my back and instantly head straight back to the heating pad, physio, massages, etc.. *Today, I have never felt more energetic and strong in a long time. In the last month or so, my Dr. has reduced my daily meds in half (celebrex). In fact, some weeks now, I only take 1-2 days of the week (more out of cautiousness). I have so much movement in my spine now, I think every vertebrae cracks now (previously absolutely nothing). My daily activities don’t bother me like previously. Everything seems lighter now when I lift up. I don’t have any hips pains in the morning, no lower back pains, no more sharp pains in back. Things are so good, thanks to your training. I do want my weight lower but I’ll keep working on that. I think I’m down 15 lbs now. I really want to get my weight down to 160-165lb – so have quite a way to go yet. Plus, I want to keep learning from you and getting stronger lol! I love the daily accountability, tracking
